It’s within easy reach by road and rail of London, Bristol, Reading and historic Bath, so brilliant for commuters. It’s also known as ‘the heart of Silicon Valley’, with many enterprises and commerce businesses offering exciting employment and development opportunities.

House prices, schools and health providers

Average House prices in Swindon are £234,799 (January 2021). Average monthly rental costs are in the region of £674. At time of publishing Schools in Swindon were rated 58/64 and there’s the GWH Hospital, Walk in Centres and GP Surgeries a plenty.
